Our Philosophy

Corinne and Rémi

We know and practice Bed and Breakfast, in family then in couple, since 1983.
Also this formula is appreciated for the quality of the exchanges, the cultural diversity encountered and the originality of each house which has the soul of its owners.

2002, year of creation of our Bed and Breakfast in Isere.

Based on our 16 years of experience with our previous guesthouse, we wanted to prolong the pleasure, at the dawn of retirement, in a house more suited to our needs.
The links with those who have trusted us all these years are maintained. New friendships are formed with other encounters.

April 2019, creation of our new guest house in Dolomieu!

Cependant, nous adoptons un rythme raisonnable qui nous permet d’allier le plaisir de recevoir nos enfants et petits-enfants ou nos hôtes et amis et profiter de la vie !!

I pay attention to well-being, I really like reading, music, dancing, calligraphy.
In addition, passionate about plants and wild flowers, I acquired knowledge on the subject during internships. This is why I gladly incorporate them sparingly into my kitchen by table d’hôtesI enjoy cooking and inventing new recipes.
I leave some time to take care of the flowers and the garden, it relaxes me.

Rémi has been a badminton player for many years, is a musician at heart, loves photography.
Il  profite de son statut de retraité pour prendre part à la cuisine, à l’accueil et aux conseils de visite de la région.
In addition, he is passionate about landscape reading, he always has a pair of binoculars at hand to know which massifs we see !!

They are not allowed to enter the rooms.

Our pleasure, by opening our heart and our home, is to share our living space and the host table with our visitors.
We enjoy helping them discover our region and its products, interacting with them while enjoying tasty moments of conviviality.

Over time, great friendships are formed, the story and the adventure continue, please write it with us!

Inside

Living room

The living room of our guesthouse is spacious, warm, full of light. From the open kitchen, we can continue to exchange and share while enjoying the view.

The ceiling and its exposed beams offer a beautiful volume of good acoustic quality because here music is essential.

The lounge area with the library is a cocoon for reading, listening to music, playing the piano, playing the guitar, playing a board game or simply admiring the landscape facing the bay windows.

As we also like the greenery inside, we built a plant box with the pebbles collected from the field to create a beautiful zen space.

Outside

Our guest house is located in a quiet, bucolic environment, at the end of a private dead end. And it opens onto nature on the south side. In addition, we have the advantage of being ten minutes walk from the center of Dolomieu and its shops.
The rooms offer you a superb view of the mountains and have independent access.
The terrace of your room invites you to the sweetness of life, to daydreaming, to relaxation.

The land is vast. Clumps of mainly honey-bearing, aromatic and ornamental flowers adorn a hill for observing the landscape. You can walk through the plants, along the Japanese footsteps. The orchard will continue to evolve over time ...

In the east we see the Bugey massif, the Chat mountain with remarkable sunrise… or moonrise.
To the south are the massifs of Lauzière and Belledonne and to the west we can see la Chartreuse and Vercors.

We enjoy beautiful night skies, can observe shooting stars and the Milky Way on beautiful summer evenings.
We are lucky to be spared from light pollution: the lack of street lighting is good!
