My cuisine is traditional, family, refined or gourmet, everything is possible at our table d'hôtes. However, we only offer meals in the evening and by reservation.
The open kitchen makes it possible to maintain exchanges during the meal.
I serve dinner in the dinning room facing the bay windows. When the weather permits, we open the terrace. Thus, we enjoy the landscape pleasantly.
As I am close to nature, I prepare and offer you flavors and subtle scents.
This is why I use, sparingly in my dishes, depending on the season and my inspiration, aromatic plants, garden flowers,wild plants collected by me or carefully selected spices.
The menus consist of a starter, a main course, cheese and dessert.
Of course, drinks, aperitif, wines, coffee or herbal tea are included.
Do not hesitate to tell me about your special diet or your possible food intolerances. (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, diabetic…). From that, I will take it into account when developing the menu.
During a special occasion (birthday for example) I listen to your wishes. (cake, festive meal, gourmet dinner ...)
