Our Table d'hôtes

You share in our company, the cooking, the local wines and our gourmet favorites. We therefore favor a friendly atmosphere.
My cuisine is traditional, family, refined or gourmet, everything is possible at our table d'hôtes.
However, we only offer meals in the evening and by reservation.

The open kitchen makes it possible to maintain exchanges during the meal.
I serve dinner in the dinning room facing the bay windows. When the weather permits, we open the terrace. Thus, we enjoy the landscape pleasantly.

As I am close to nature, I prepare and offer you flavors and subtle scents.

This is why I use, sparingly in my dishes, depending on the season and my inspiration, aromatic plants, garden flowers,wild plants collected by me or carefully selected spices.
The menus consist of a starter, a main course, cheese and dessert.
Of course, drinks, aperitif, wines, coffee or herbal tea are included.

Do not hesitate to tell me about your special diet or your possible food intolerances. (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, diabetic…). From that, I will take it into account when developing the menu.
During a special occasion (birthday for example) I listen to your wishes. (cake, festive meal, gourmet dinner ...)

French Breakfast

is plentiful, it is available on the terrace or in the living room.
On the morning table, we offer you a varied breakfast. You will discover homemade jams and cakes, fruit juices, yogurts, butter, honey, fruits, assorted breads ...

I carefully choose the products of the table d’hôtesmeats, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, fruit juices.
They come from local producers or from organic farming and respectful of the environment.
We encourage and work with Jean-Marie Pernet's vegetables in Passins, or Biaux Légumes de Massieu , apple juice and apples from Michel's Orchard at Veyrins Thuellins, the poultry from Ferme Pellet in Eclose, beef from Daniel Bouillon in Corbelin or La Goyardière farm in Corbelin , goat cheeses from Gaëc les Chamoisée to Innimont, wine from Balmes Dauphinoises to Sermérieu  from Domaine Meunier and Savoy wine Domaine Demeure-Pinet The cellar Joudin in Saint-Genix-sur-Guiers.

 

Our table d'hôte is open to our visitors staying on site, by reservation and is only available on certain evenings, consult us.
