OUR WELCOME AND COVID-19 PREVENTION
Thank you for your interest in our guesthouse and for your trust.
Our guest rooms are always open and we continue to welcome you!
We now have the Covid prevention protocol well in place.
The preventive health measures so that you feel safe and that you have a free spirit to fully enjoy your vacation at La Paumanelle are perfectly applied.
Rest assured, your health, our health, are our priorities during your stay.
Our guesthouse La Paumanelle is a small structure with 2 bedrooms 2 chambres.
Our maximum capacity is 2 people per room, couple or single person.
They are independent of each other and each have private access.
Common areas, such as bedrooms, are ventilated and distancing measures can be fully observed.
Our guests enjoy an environment of greenery, calm and well-being far from the crowds.
The view is soothing and allows a return to nature in all serenity.
Regarding meals and breakfasts restauration :
- The Breakfast Breakfast is offered on the terrace in good weather or in the living room with respect for distances and always a wide choice of local products.
The table d’hôtes is unfortunately temporarily unavailable with us by your side. You can bring your picnic, order a takeaway from a local restaurant or we can offer you a simple meal for 15 € per person (starter dish dessert).
The fact of no longer being able to share the meal in a friendly atmosphere around the table with you no longer makes sense for us. We look forward to resuming our normal operations as soon as possible.
Cleaning and sanitary mesures
- I will welcome you wearing a mask, hydroalcoholic gel is available upon entering the house and in the guest rooms.
- I clean the rooms and common areas every day, several times a day for the commons.
- Rooms will be cleaned every day during your stay on condition that personal effects (clothes, computers, toiletries, etc.) have been picked up and put away.
- After each departure, the rooms and bathrooms in their entirety are cleaned and disinfected.
I strengthen my cleaning protocols by disinfecting all surfaces likely to be touched (handles, switches, furniture surfaces, etc.).
- The laundry cleaning of the rooms (sheets) is provided by an industrial laundry for which cleanliness is a profession. The towels and pillows are washed at 60 ° by me.
- I temporarily removed the decorative cushions and plaids because it is impossible for me to wash them after each stay.
- Books and documentations, not essential for life, are also temporarily withdrawn. We can provide you with documentation based on your area of interest and your visiting plans ... and you will always benefit from our personalized advice!
Booking and payment
- For this 2021 saison, we don't take a deposit for your stay
- We thank you to call us before to book on line or send us an email to allow us optimum management of the schedule.
In case of cancel, on your part or on our part, there will be no no charges
Except in health cases, we rely on the savoir-vivre of each person so as not to cancel the stay at the last minute, the management of the situation is already quite complicated.
For better living together, we thank you for respecting the gestures prevention barriers.
