At our table d’hôte, you may share meals with us in a friendly atmosphere and enjoy our cooking, local wines and my foodie favourites. Traditional family, more sophisticated or gourmet cuisine – everything is possible.
Adventurous cuisine: Being a nature lover, I incorporate subtle tastes and flavours into my cooking. Depending on the season and my inspiration, I use – sparingly – herbs and flowers from our garden, wild plants I have foraged and carefully selected spices. Menus include a starter, main dish, cheese and dessert. Drinks – aperitif, wines, coffee and herb tea – are included. Cuisine tailored to your needs: Please feel free to inform me of any special needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, diabetic diet…) or nutritional intolerance, I will make sure that the menu takes them into account. For special occasions (e.g. birthdays) let me know if you would particularly like something in the way of cakes or meals (party meal, gourmet dinner…)
A hearty breakfast is available either outside on the terrace or in the Dining Room. The breakfast table is set with homemade jams and cakes, fruit juice, butter, yoghourt, a variety of honeys, fruit and different types of bread…
The produce for our table d’hôtes – meat, vegetables, milk products, fruit juice and fruit – is sourced locally from organic producers and farmers using environment-friendly production methods. We support and work with the Saugey farm in Evieu, Jean-Marie Pernet in Passins, la Ferme des Vaches Heureuses in Saint Victor de Cessieu, les Vergers de Michel in Thuellins, the Ferme Pellet in Eclose, Daniel Bouillon in Corbelin, the La Goyardière farm in Corbelin, Gaec les Chamoisees in Innimont and the Clos Doré in Brangues.
